Clients are granted personal, non-commercial use of their event galleries.
Galleries will be hosted online for 90 days after delivery unless otherwise agreed.
Clients are responsible for downloading and archiving their images within this time.
713 Photo Booth is not liable for gallery expiration, loss of access, or failure to download images.
3. Privacy & Data Security
While we take reasonable precautions to protect your information and media, no method of online transmission is 100% secure.
713 Photo Booth is not responsible for unauthorized access, data breaches, or service outages beyond our control.
